I’ve entered the wrong delivery address. How do I change it?
If you have placed an order before 11 am, please notify us before 11 am. After 11 am, you can notify us before 11 am next working day. Email your correct address to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Once your order is out from our warehouse, additional charges may be applicable for changes in delivery address.

When will I receive my order?
Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, you should be able to receive your Josens within 2 to 3 working days (Malaysia) or 7 - 10 working days (Other part of the world).

Orders received before 11 am will generally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders to metro areas usually arrive within 2 working days. If you ship to a PO Box or live outside a metropolitan city your order may take a little bit longer to arrive.

Can I have my Josens shipped to another address?
Yes, you can.

Do you deliver on Saturdays or weekends?
Unless you’ve made prior special arrangements, most courier service companies do not do pick ups or deliveries on weekends.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we do.

I have not received my Josens. It’s been a week!
Please note that delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 10 days. You can track the delivery status of your purchased Josens items online. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Please look out for an email with your shipping tracking code or invoice number, this is the most convenient way to check on the status of your order.

How do you deliver my order?
Your order will be shipped via Malaysia Post.

Do I have to receive my order personally?
No, you do not have to be there in person. Please do make sure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the Josens product on your behalf.
